This afternoon, the small note to
@panhead, about an announcement from the company, was challenged.
Sholom Feldman, the Managing Director, instructed me to post that response. It is completely within the Listing Rules for a company to say that questions will be addressed in an ASX update which is the appropriate place for material answers to be released. We have been asked why I haven't responded to certain material questions, and my response is that the company will be answering material questions in an upcoming ASX release. This is what the company had informed shareholders last week that they would do in the note from the Chairperson released to the ASX. There is no basis for any criticism against the company for making such statements and any such criticism of the company is simply incorrect.
Similarly to how we handled the ASX short notice release, the company are providing these supportive posts to address these questions.
We are mindful of the criticisms being brought against the company through repeated and relentless interrogative questioning posts and, as we did with the Shorting notice, will happily provide information on our SM platforms, and through the ASX as appropriate, that will give shareholders continued confidence that a solid business is indeed continuing to be aggressively built, to counter any criticisms or potential misinformation.
In accordance with what was informed to the ASX in last weeks open note from the Chairperson, the company is presently working side by side with its media department preparing a range of releases to detail our achievements and answer questions being asked.
