That may well be the case in the future and for Cannabidiol derived from Hemp( especially now that it is approved in the US) and for manufactured finished product. However anything containing delta-9 THC still has international law to deal with and hence the drive for Aus to produce its own. As it stands Medcan is only licensed to grow it and only enough to supply current local needs to an approved local manufacturer and also can't do that until funded for the fit- out.
I am optimistic that MCL has a good future ahead , however the deal is overpriced .. Australia does not allow for raw product to be exported and Medcan does not have a manufacture licence
