Well I suppose if there are 1.7 billion shares then to give a dividend of one tenth of a cent per share ($0.001) they would have to have a net profit (after tax and expenses) of 1.7 million. Right?
And to give a dividend of 1 cent per share then they would need to have a net profit (after tax and expenses) of 17 million.
Do you think that a profit after tax and expenses in 2018 of 17 million is possible? It sounds a big ask to me.

Someone said here that they have 600 hectares and can get $4000 -$10000 of crop per hectare. Three times a year.
Well lets just say they get $4000 per hectare and only two crops in the year then the gross sales is 4.8 million. I guess then a net profit of 1.7 million may be possible(?). One tenth of one cent. Or put it another way $1 dollar for every 1000 shares held.
