@Soho13 Q: QBL have stated they have a ‘state’ permit for indoor cultivation / production (NSW) and have applied for ‘federal’ licenses - can you please advise what state permits QBL/MCL currently holds and what federal permits they have applied for?
A:We have State Hemp Permits and are in the assessment phase of a Federal ODC research cultivation permit process. We will inform the market as soon as we get the results.
