First off, no need to call anyone a pest for giving information.

My information was correct, I said "currently being with-held", how is that innacurate?

Also, they didn't send the update as a separate announcement and put it in the back of another announcement with an entirely separate title, do you call that being FORTH-COMING? why not release a separate announcement with a different heading?

And if it was so OBVIOUS why did someone who obviously did a lot of research miss it? Perhaps because it wasn't forthcoming and obvious, but rather on the last page of a separate acquisition announcement.
