    how does it compare to QBL ?
    both are on the coast ..
    MZI sands project is in Perth ..  mcap 20m at 30c
    MZI  approved today to Start Development of its Mineral sands mining project immediately .. fully funded by major shareholders with a full loan package.
    boasting a base case of 44m usd  Net EBIT  for 7 to 18y

    QBL in QLD ..no mining approvals yet ..no funding ..etc ..

    is it worth the switch over from QBL ?
