Primary my guess is they'd be outsourcing to WaltannaHemp ( joint venture with HHC & hence 50% of earnings ) The only part they do themselves is dehulling which they've only just set up.
As for the other reference you make , read the prospectus.. whilst they "intend" to source mostly local organic they currently cannot due to insufficient farmers willing to satisfy both odc and organic requirements.
