15 - 18 mil is nothing compared to 80 mil p.a. for 30 years.
There are plenty of people who would fund this sort of thing.
I think you will find that a favourable decision will enable Caz to start exploring and feasability.
Mining is a different story. If there is a challenge then I think common sense will prevail. It does Rio no good to drag this one out. And as so many people keep reminding us this is nothing for Rio, if so accept the 3rd umpire and f*ck off!
