qdc technologies acquisition

So I was doing a little background on the QDC Technologies acquisition as the purchase price for this little company was 40,000,000 shares (currently worth about 8 million). Is it worth it? Not sure, but below is the website for qmecom which is owned by QDC and gives a good idea of the capabilities that should be incorporated into the adslot platform if everything goes as planned.
