QE3 will happen but IMO it will not be called QE3. I would bet my left stone that the public will never hear the words "QE3" spew from Bernanke's mouth.
When something is announced it will be convoluted, vague, mystical and everything that is not straight forward. It's funny those words I have used actually describe what the financial system has become.
