Last nights announcement is tipped to spur more speculation in commodities.
Is Uranium cherry ripe for a decent uplift? With rates expected to stay lower for longer, doesnt it make sense that the utilities lock in todays prices now? After all @ 1-2% holding cost per annum, a smart utility could lock in supply going forward for peanuts. They all know that a supply crunch is coming, why wait for the stampede and get caught out paying 50% higher prices in 5 years when they could lock in 10 years supply using 1 or 2 % money?
