    natnicnak - It has been a while since I looked at VEI closely. However - wondered if you are correct to assume uderlying EBITDA will be growing. My recollection is that there are a bunch of doctors gradually rolling over onto much better pay deals, and that this increased wages expense would have a material impact on the EBITDA growth profile for the next few years? Is this factored in to your assumptions?
