QBE is a good stock, but an article in yesterday's Fin review may shed some light on why the gradual decline of late: Regulation in US pushing for premium reductions (not concerns over crop insurance though as this is somewhat protected) and also expectations on the performance of their investments.
Worth accumulating over the next few months, but may continue down for a little while yet.
