FYI - As discussed on the forum previously, QBE has moved away from US treasuries to high grade corporate debt.
We've seen a decrease in large natural disasters which has flowed through to QBE's bottom line and also coupled with the increase in premiums puts it in a much stronger position. This was shown by an increase in dividend, while not back to what it is the signs are there of improvement in the medium term.
Short term though, it could be bumpy.
