Grant yes but pilot plant commissioning to begin in April as quoted by QEM in the last quarterly. So could be both coming soon.
There is also drilling results to be announced from assay submitted in November and also further exploration drilling to be planned this year.
So plenty happening for QEM just need those material announcements.

Here is a quote regarding the plant from their recent quarterly

"The plant will be housed at the Melbourne headquarters of HRL Technology Group Pty Ltd and following commissioning, the testing program will begin, with expected operational commencement in April 2022 for a period of up to six months."
