    It would seem there are other options for the use of the pipeline that may not include Qenos in the long term.

    Strategic rationale for the Takeover Offer
    is,
    * In the longer term, alternative for the pipeline would be to convert to transporting liquids from the prospective Cooper Basin oil fields​
