Because I believe the market has incorrectly valued the share price for this 'growth company' and that at this price it is trading at a discount.
Therefore the potential upside is far greater than it would be if I was targeting a company where expected future growth is already priced-in. Creating greater risk if growth targets aren't met (SP depreciation) and a weaker starting position for share price appreciation - as it is already trading at a premium.
We have different investing strategies.
