You say “..the cap.raise will put some sort of floor under the price.” As no cap raise has been announced, please confirm you are saying one will be needed.
Are you prepared to suggest when this might be required?
Maybe they will try to run on the present cash in the hope that operating cash flows will improve. The Board and management shareholders have an interest in stringing things out as long as possible using the loan facility. Maybe they can even ‘crash through’ with the loan facility.
I am interested in other views of posters.
I think it is good that the CEO has been shown up for trying to outsmart ‘Mr.Market’.
