    Thorny appointment to the board ( McConnell) is great news and I hope he replaces the current chairman. I don’t think the board or management are too old but I do believe current chair is the wrong person - he is a technocrat and has had no experience (entrepreneurial or operational).
    The recent update I thought was the best so far and am confused at lack of market response . Top 4 shareholders continue to acquire stock which is positive ( thorny largest)
