This forum has a lot of charting and technical analysis. Thought it needed a dedicated thread for business fundamentals and what better timing then off the back of the recent update.
Below is a screenshot of a crude balance sheet I have maintained and updated with relevant information. This sheet is also calculating revenue based on ratios for transaction volumes and values, plus lending.
Q4 FY20 was very impressive as far as US business performance and importantly has a significant impact on revenue. Unfortunately, the pre-hype of the announcement led to a sell-off.
Below are some revenue projections, these aren't audited and completely speculative: - Revenue from contracts in the US, up 105% ($872k) - Total Q4 revenue of $2.73m. - Gross profit of $5.91m - Operating profit in FY20 of $1.27m, doesn't include financing costs and CAC. - Revenue from contracts (transactions) could soon become the leading revenue-source, validating its digital payments product for B2B - THIS IS NOT JUST A COMMERCIAL LENDING BUSINESS.
Would be great to get the thoughts of everyone else.
It goes without saying, please do your own research, this is a tool I use to validate my own purchasing.
PS. I have been a holder since the float and will continue to hold and buy more over the near-term. This will grow into a beast!
