I think your losses are bothering you too much, hence why you are constantly posting like this was your blog/diary. You are asking questions which none of us have the answers to.
Given the state of the market, do not expect to make your losses back any time soon. I do not know how much you have invested, but have you considered selling now and buy back in when the market conditions are better (ie. vaccine for COVID-19 is found).
Have you tried calling him? Since everyone's all on lock down, maybe you can call him every day until he responds? As I mentioned before, you are not going to get your answers here so please stop asking. All we can go off is the announcements and financial reports that have been released.
