No doubt - I think 30% is ballpark (total guess though). I'd like to see the actual split figures made available.
However, I don't think these DVD only customers will all be lost. Capable management should be able to accomplish a decent conversion rate to streaming services. Obvious limitations will be a hurdle - customer tech knowledge/capabilities, download capabilities, etc. But I'd like to think those customers without these hurdles can be converted sooner rather than later. Those who subscribe and are familiar with the subscription options would know that this strategy has already been put in motion by the offerings to current DVD only customers.
