It does not make sense for DES to sell out. IF DES wants to be the premier provider of digital entertainment, you would expect them to aggressively jump into the movie downlaod space when the time is right. The advantage QFX brings to the table is that it has an active base of customers who love movies, making them an easy target to kick start a downlaod service
