    The combination of QGC'S management and SGL's assets added should make the new entity a valued company in the CBM game. I expect qgc's price will improve - even in the short term. If QGC'S share price remains as is I would be happy with the deal. With confidence of qgc at $1 in the near future .. this scenario probably more likely than SGC recovering to 50c at present.
