Of all the things to happen when you are trying to get in on a share purchase plan - it gets talked about in the daily telegraph and the hordes descend.

That's about the end of that. You would assume that now there is an increased probability that applications will be scaled back to $1,000 of shares.

I'm a late player in this one so I deserve to be scaled back, but I can say that I do feel a touch sorry for shareholders who had this one in their portfolios for a year or two.

Still nothing is certain, after the hype the shares might be back in the 30-35c range.

Maybe the date for determining entitlements to Share Purchase Plans should be one day prior to the announcement of a SPP?
