    Here are some more calcs,
    13.5mil + 4.8mil = $18.3mil paid for PXA's 63 029 001 shares = 29.03cps.

    Add the $170mil they have to spend to get the 20% share gives a figure of $188 300 000 for 20% or $2.98cps.

    The other 80% must be worth $753 200 000 to them then.

    Our market cap stands @ $23 131 217...What's going on?:)
