Look at previous EXIM announcements the have converted all their term sheets within 6 months - covering the last 4 years. The real secret with QGL is the vertical integration, that makes Graphite profitable. BUT more importantly EXIM are tasked to secure critical minerals production in the US and that is exactly what the QGL deal does. I agree it's not a done deal but I expect to see detailed engineering design and early site construction starting this year.
