Well you clearly don’t buy your own theory as you’ve been spouting a very specific SP target since then.
I’m happy with his appointment but I’m not impressed with the LTI: 15m options that vest on first sales from RH and a VWAP of 40c. Far too generous. That’s the basics of his job so why throw 15m shares at him? So much so that it feels like another massive parcel to further combat an unwanted approach.
