Bet you're right about the Sheik selling off the remainder. Doubt if he personally knows (or cares) he had the shares in the first place. They would have just been a very small part of his interests and routinely handled by his minions.
If you have any confidence in this company at all, now would have to be the very best and probably last time to get QHL at this price.
