They should be able to turn that MOU into a full contract now that they are approved to produce JSF parts. So give that another 3 months and I reckon they'll announce a firm contract. Only for $50m in total (over the 20years?).
But one would think that would be just the start. I can hear that first crack in the snow that starts the avalanche.
