Under Superloops constitution there are some conditions relating to control of Superloop being subject to approval by Singapore's Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). My understanding of those conditions and my opinion is that QIC will need to obtain IMDA approval of any takeover. Even if there is a binding offer made it will need to pass those conditions and follow the directions made by the Singapore regulatory authority. I would like to hear any other determinations holders may have about those conditions contained within Superloop's constitution.
