I like apz and hold I like what they do , it is a good new market there I have confidence in the management of the company
and I like them buying the underlying value of property in tourist destinations, the latest at airlie beach in qld tells me there is good fundamental assets for capital appreciation in the future
thought the shares should be higher in value pe only 12% compared to all ords average 17%
