Looking forward if there will be a TO bid for the company, I was looking at some prelim details. A holding of 20% can trigger such an event. So the question is whether this level been reached by any one shareholder.
In relation to the maximum shareholding needed for a compulsory aquisition I am having difficulty in knowing whether it is 75 or 90%.
I am just preparing for the possible next scenario. Will there be enough SH prepared to stand up and fight a possible TO offer.
