Ive been watching the buying and selling and someone is buying, if its only blackrock buying and seems like at whatever price, they must have a plan for QIN. Surley they knew credit downgrades would be coming but they were buying early on. Id love to know their plans good or bad for QIN. Maybe they have it all wrong or maybe its a stroke of genius. We wait.....
