Another fact with Sub holding rules is that no update to market is required if the interest changes by less than 1%. Considering the 41 million volume on 12th May is it very vidable the group of 7 could have picked up another 0.09% each at low 0.30c.

That could bring the combined holding of the 7 aforementioned to around 45% of total shares.

Of course they cannot be coluding with eachother as that would breach ASIC takeover rules.

Just a thought.
