I am still positive about the future of the company. I can quote a number of mining companies that are in exploration phase- no revenues and no guarantee of any future asset and high costs; yet being valued in a few 100 mil. QIN at least has the assets even if the market value of oil is open to debate. And surely a product like this would have some buyers around the world. The trees and their quality has been audited by EY and I believe McKinsey in the past. The only doubt in my mind is if there is an evidence of outright lying by the management that would kill it.
