I am wondering if a buyer can be agreed for the Kempner put before 2nd feb would that realease the coy from VA and allow a recap to proceed more swiftly?

All things considered Kempner Davis may well accept 50c on their dollar which would =$45000 per hectare for a 3 year old lot which could = 4x roi in 12 years. Not sure what return they can expect at this point other than cap cap right off. If applicable.
