Unfortunately it is likely that the administrators will now come in, chop down all the trees and leave the landowners with 1000's of hectares of stumps because no money (or requirement) to do rehab.
The landowners' land will be worthless after that.
Same old story for anyone dumb enough to get into bed with an ag-co.
