re: heading all the way to $20 I would like to see some discussion on a fair value - Aimforsimon tends to make a joke of it with his silly figures, but seriously where could it go. If you ignore the political risk and the forthcoming upgrade in resources and look at the figures as they stand --what is a reasonable holding cost for this resource.? SMM could be selling uranium within 4 years -- on todays figures generating nett profits over a 10 year period of $250,000,000pa. Allowing for holding costs and amortisation it would seem reasonable to say that a holding cost of $1b is not too silly ( about $5 per share ) At the moment you could say we are paying a political cost of about $3.50 a share. On the other hand we have a resource upgrade to be announced over the next few months and the political obstacle seems to be crumbling. I think our best hope is for the Feds to rule and I'm looking to the report from the Parliamentary inquiry to provide the momentum. If we see the political risk removed could we get to $5. ?? Any thoughts anyone other than AFS
