The Townsville apartment market is in big trouble too. I watched with my mouth agape as thousands were built in this traditional Qld country town. Seems we are not as "sophisticated" as the developers believed.
The nice big house on a big block I'm living in would only be 60% of the cost of the minimum apt I would live in. The rest are too small and packed together.
