The QLD Premier through her Jeanette Young under the bus yesterday with a thoughtless, politically charged comments about vaccines. The CMO should have known better but it proves that her position is politically compromised. The CMO should be giving unbiased advise to governments, not doing the governments PR work to have a dig at the Federal Government.
The QLD CMO stood side by side with the Premier endorsing the Federal Government bashing over vaccines. That was not, and is not, a good look. Isn't it the patient who make decides which vaccine to use? The Federal CMO and ex CMO have come out distance itself from Jeanette Young. She should have asked the top medical officer of Australia for advise before being told what to say by the QLD Premier.
Jeanette Young should resign from her position as CMO and the future Governor General of QLD due to her position is politically compromised, loss of respect and showing poor judgement.
