After acquiring NSW police standard operating manuals, Shoebridge was prompted to ask what levels they were testing for. “They had no idea,” he said. “They just sent it off and the lab was testing for the smallest possible trace elements.”

Basically when they tested back in 2015 they couldn't tell if pot was smoked days before or it was passively smoked.

Kavasilas believes the production of hemp seed for consumption is still illegal in Australia because it “will interfere with the saliva testing.” He also holds grave concerns for the legalisation of medical marijuana for the same reason, stating that “as they’re doing with hemp seed food, they will fight medicinal cannabis tooth and nails.”

But the laws have now changed and its because people like AK. So you can judge his character all you like but you are judging a man who is partially responsible for the changes that have taken place.

check out drug testing info on link below..

I'll leave it to you as to what you make of that. But I think based on that info AK would have a very strong argument if ever that were an issue in relation to him getting the licence.

As for the earlier link I'm sure that legalising hemp and MM have taken onboard roadside testing and given the links posted by greens that you can read above I'm sure that it is highly plausible that many people have been wrongfully convicted. Perhaps in the eyes of the law they are guilty but in the realms of common sense they aren't. And Hemp and MM being legalised is a case of common sense prevailing..

We can argue this to and fro but if they announce an MM licence (some have been issued but some companies or people have chosen to be anonymous) then thats the only way we will know. The licence could even go in someone else's name in the company so I don't see it as a huge issue either way.
