went thru tough patch last year and had abit on my mind and forgot to pay for some juice at woolies anyhow short story pleaded guilty get a fine of 250bucks plus restitution which i thought bit steep but fair enough then i get another bill of 120 bucks for an offenders levy which i had never heard of.greedy grubby sob s paying for their coruption and incompetance so rego is due for car soon not paying that and going interstate or maybe os no more of this nanny state crap
