    If neither Labor nor Liberal could count on the support of a majority in the house to form government.
    But as both the KAP and the Independent are willing to give conditional support to one of the majors to form government there will be no need to return to the polls.
    As Labor will most likely win the most seats they will most likely be the one to gain enough support to form government.
