I would have agreed with you to a point but after a re-think i'm not so sure the upside is so limited.

God bless those suffering from these floods but the fact is when things have passed there will be a lot of damage repair to be done. If i were SWL i would see this as a once in a generation opportunity to dramatically expand my business. Why on earth would they say, " sorry i know there is a massive amount of work and therefore money to be had but we are busy enough thanks anyway"?!?!

If i have a proven, successful, award wining business like SWL then i go to the bank or hell even shareholders if need be and EXPAND.

I would have said full value was somewhere between 2.73 - 3.00 but now there are huge opportunities. I'm hoping SWL takes the bull by the horns.
