Unless there is something I can't see about todays sitting, there does not appear to be anything on UCG Policy.

If that is correct, next sittings are 30/4, 1,2/5 and then 21,22,23/5.

Skimming through the Gasfields Commission Bill transcripts, I could not see anything on UCG, it appears at this stage to be dealing only with CSG. There is also nothing on the Gasfields Commission Website concerning UCG at this time.

In two weeks we are back at Court for mention. Both side have gone or are still going through the Arbitration motions. There has been no release as to any agreement, so one may assume that it either won't be reached or there is a sticking point. That's not to say there couldn't be a last minute agreement. In any case, one way or another we should have better indication in two weeks on the 2 May 2013.
