Now that some sense of perspective is finally re-
turning to the Kingaroy debacle,can any of you guys
imagine this hogwash happening in China/Mongolia with
a Company of Cougars calibre?.

No minority group should ever be allowed to hold the
reigns of power in a democracy.The greens and their
disturbing performance regarding Cougar is the tip of
the iceberg,if they gain the upper hand in the senate.

Financing is now back on the agenda for Cougar.I feel
that Cougar Direct Invest China [CDIC] and Mongolia
QI DE investment [QDI] hold the key for further devel-
opments.

QDI being a private company may possibly be a JV or
cornerstone player.No doubt this company is viewing
the hillbilly Q'ld Government's antics with an offbeat
fascination,for Cougars commercialization of UCG in
Mongolia is due to start late 2012.

With Cougar/Enneabba's trial burn in Jan/2011 and the
re-ignition which must proceed at Kingaroy,given that
Cougar has been working effectively behind the scenes,
suggests that an extremely busy agenda needs secure
financing.

Anyone who reads newspapers or watches TV are now aware
of Cougar.Something always sticks to the blanket.However
with global companies making inroads into the UCG process,
any future news coverage will be priceless IMO.

Finally..
Rob Burgess the Kingaroy land developer stated that..
"As we consider the development of Cougar as a community
I would appeal for reason and calm.This is a time for a
rational and cool headed approach and I think we'll find
its a storm in a teacup"......."if UCG is safe,then let
it progress,so that we will continue to be a key energy
provider to S/E Queensland.

This man is a visionary,for Kingaroy 'can' become the
birthplace for a dynamic new industry's gift to the
world..UCG.
