qld gov't and ucg trials

Someone may be able to clarify this for me.

As we all know, the Qld Gov't has approved 3 trials for UCG, with a review planned for 2012. The 3 trials are being carried out by LNC, CNX and CXY, and the future of UCG in Qld would be determined after the Expert Panel review in 2012.

In the media statement released by the Qld Gov't on the 11th August, in the 15th, 16th and 17th paragraphs there's a comment about the review of the UCG trials by the expert panel.

My reading of this release seems to be that the whole review will be brought forward, which means that if the review is favourable, then UCG is all systems GO.

This means, in effect, we won't need to wait till 2012?

Anyone any further comment?
