That's not my interpretation. DERM has 20 business days to respond to the submission by CXY. That means we could be waiting until mid September but I suspect we'll get a response pretty soon after the election. After all, how much time does it take and/or how much of an expert do you need to be to acknowledge there was never a problem to begin with other than some typos on some lab reports.

However, in answer to your question, any approval to proceed (which IMHO will happen) will be limited to approval to proceed with the 'pilot' plant only. I wouldn't be surprised if it comes with some BS conditions like increased amounts of water bore testing etc. You can bet the wording will make it sound like DERM is graciously going out on a limb for CXY, vice any admission from DERM that their handling of this whole thing has been a disgrace.
