I rang and spoke to Karl Schlobohm the day prior before the Kincora Oil & Gas Project Update was released and advised him that I felt this offer was holding the share price at bay , He agreed and said he was at this moment working on it . So my guess is that it will be released by the end of September to coincide with the production of gas by the end of September at Kincora.
Restart work at the Kincora Gas Plant and associated facilities is progressing well and is on track to produce first gas by the end of September 2017.
No interest in this stock when most other gas stocks seem to be on the rise .
